A Telegram channel affiliated with the Wagner PMC posted information "for patriots." Citizens are invited to "get a job, participate in the final capture of Artemovsk (Bakhmut), and write their names into history."

It is reported that mercenary recruitment centers already exist in 39 cities, and “new centers are opening almost every day.”

Let us recall that, in accordance with Article 359 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the recruitment, training, financing, or other material support of a mercenary, as well as his use in an armed conflict or military action, are punishable by imprisonment for a term of four to eight years.
