Vladimir Putin has set a date for the end of the war. But only for World War II.

Today, June 24, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin introduced Amendments to the federal law "On Days of Military Glory and Memorable Dates in Russia." The President recognized September 3 as Victory Day over Japan and the end of World War II.
The president also signed a law according to which conclude Citizens with limited health fitness will be able to sign a contract with the Armed Forces and take part in the new war.
Even convicted individuals can now be conscripted into contract service, with the exception of those who have committed serious crimes.
Let us recall that another new law signed by Putin today, Allows detain violators of martial law for up to 30 days and confiscate their vehicles.
