"Shame!" This is the word Rostov residents used to greet police crews returning to the city center after the Wagner PMC units left.

According to the publication, it all began after the Wagner PMC units departed from the Southern Military District headquarters building, when a drunk man blocked the road for one of the arriving police crews. He began shouting at the officers, and was later joined by a crowd.

The video shows security forces sitting in vehicles with their flashing lights on, surrounded by a crowd. Some residents are holding Wagner PMC flags.

There are many surprised comments from city residents under the video.
