A makeshift memorial to the victims of the Kramatorsk shelling has been erected in Tomsk.

Yellow and blue artificial flowers wrapped in black mourning ribbons appeared at the Stone of Sorrow, a monument to the victims of political repression in Tomsk. The flowers were brought in memory of the victims of the missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk. We previously reported on the impromptu memorial. Appeared in the city of Kungur, Perm Krai.

As a reminder, a missile strike on a restaurant in central Kramatorsk killed 12 people, including three children. More than 60 were injured. The Russian Ministry of Defense subsequently stated that the missile strike targeted a Ukrainian military base, killing two generals, 50 officers, and 20 mercenaries and military advisers.
