Ambulance drivers in the Krasnodar region have changed their minds about quitting. They were promised a pay raise, but under dubious conditions.

NotMoscow wrote about the fact that in Gulkevichi District Hospital more than 20 ambulance drivers submitted applications about dismissal due to a meager salary - no more than 20-22 thousand rubles.

July 3 Krasnodar Ministry of Health He pledged raise the drivers' salaries, after which most of them agreed to withdraw their statements.

It later became known that drivers' salaries would be raised to 25-27 rubles, with the additional 5 rubles listed as an optional incentive payment.

"Today it's here, but tomorrow it might not be—it's all at the discretion of the hospital's management."- explained one of the drivers.

Four of them decided to resign. The rest agreed to the proposed terms.
