89 people were evacuated from flooded areas of the Irkutsk region.

According to the information of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for Irkutsk area, the most difficult situation now is in Slyudyansky, Usolsk, Tulunsky и Cheremkhovsky districts, and so in Angarsk urban district. 

As of the morning of July 7, 417 plots and two residential buildings in two garden associations and seven settlements were flooded.

It is specified that in Cheremkhovsky area Flooding occurred on two sections of the regional highway. Vehicle access is restricted in three rural communities. 

"A task force and rescuers are working on the scene. Emergency Ministry personnel spent the entire night evacuating those who refused to leave their homes until the very last minute." — the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations said in a statement.

Now all over Irkutsk area About 190 rescuers are working in especially dangerous places.
