Musicians of the Nizhny Novgorod group "EeLeF" presented A short video. They say it was generated by a regional neural network responding to user queries about the heavy rains that hit the city this weekend.
 
According to artificial intelligence, Nizhny Novgorod was not prepared for heavy rains because “the pipes were a little clogged” and “there was no drainage system.”
 
Moreover, the neural network ironically hinted at corruption:
