Ksenia Fadeeva, former coordinator of Navalny's Tomsk headquarters, has been sent to pretrial detention.

"Three weeks ago, Judge Khudyakov, who is presiding over her case, already changed the measure of restraint from a ban on certain activities to a more severe one—house arrest—because he believed Ksenia had violated one of the restrictions imposed on her. The state prosecutor, Andrei Andreevich Eremin, believed house arrest was too lenient and appealed Judge Khudyakov's decision, demanding that Ksenia be remanded in custody. Judge A.R. Kin agreed with Eremin and today remanded Ksenia to pretrial detention," Fateyev wrote.

Ksenia Fadeeva's lawyers were unable to comment to NeMoskva on her placement in a pretrial detention center, as the trial is currently closed to the public and journalists. closed in early November of this year "due to a threat to life and health."
