Pudozh Court of Karelia recognitional guilty under the administrative article on "discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation" a mother of many children Alena Feoktistova from the Murmansk region.

She was convicted for a comment she made on VKontakte a year ago. She wrote it under a post about the death of a resident of the Karelian village of Pyalma in Ukraine.

"Based on the findings of the linguistic examination, these conclusions indicate that the Russian Armed Forces are not providing military personnel with protective equipment; soldiers and officers are forced to purchase uniforms, in particular, bulletproof vests, at their own expense," — was indicated in the protocol of the administrative case.

The charges were based on the results of a linguistic examination conducted by a professor at PetrSU. Zoya MinEeva.

The defendant asked the court to take into account her difficult financial situation, as she is raising four children alone. Judge of the Pudozhsky Court Sergey Kopin did not consider this circumstance to be significant.

The woman was fined 30 rubles. She pleaded not guilty.
