"Due to committing an immoral offense." A Kamchatka teacher fined for discrediting the army has been fired from her school.

The school principal signed the dismissal order on February 16. The teacher herself told NeMoskva about this. Vasil Vershinin, which in November fined 30 thousand rubles for a repost demanding that the "overfed elite" resign and that "people's rule" be restored.
On Friday, I was called into the principal's office, where a committee of several teachers was already sitting, allegedly studying my social media, - Vershinina clarified. — First, they read out the inspection reports, and then either a notice or a resolution from the Kamchatka Krai Department of Internal Affairs. Everywhere they read something along the lines of "such a teacher cannot work in a school."
The teacher wasn't even offered the opportunity to resign; she was fired under the following statute. Her work record stated: "Due to an immoral act committed by an employee performing educational functions."
With such a record, Vasily Vershinin will not be able to get a job at any school.

After the formalities were completed, staff from the counter-extremism center entered the principal's office with a working video camera. They handed the teacher a summons, requiring her to report to the police that same day. There, Vershinina was questioned regarding two more videos, which contained elements of discrediting the army and insulting law enforcement officers.
One of the videos features a caption calling for Putin's resignation. Because the text doesn't mention his presidential status, a Center E officer interpreted this as a call for the resignation of the supreme commander-in-chief and a discrediting of the army. Be aware that there's now such a loophole. — the teacher warns those who write posts.
According to Vershinina, the reasons for her dismissal also include complaints from students that the teacher allegedly humiliated them and drove them to hysterics.
And of course, that I post inappropriate content on social media, — she emphasized. — Some of the children later said that they had signed blank sheets of paper and apologized.
Shortly before her dismissal, Vershinina also filed a resignation letter to the school principal. The teacher drew attention to the shortcomings of the education system, which could easily make teachers targets for bullying.
Children see that we are trapped in a system of drawing grades, she said to "NotMoscow." Management always demands a picture from the teacher, demands performance indicators. If there are "F's" in the gradebook, it's the teacher's fault—he's not teaching well, "that's your F." If students are being insolent, it's also their own fault. And to avoid being reprimanded by management, some teachers simply draw up grades for those who don't want to study. And they become even more brazen.
Answering a question about how schoolchildren are affected by "talk about important things" and other trends in modern society, such as denunciations, Vasilya Vershinina noted that "our children are not so dumb and stupid that they don't understand what's going on."
I think they understand even more than some adults. And they adapt, starting to file complaints against adults. Today someone filed a complaint against me, and next will be another teacher at another school, and then the parents. Unfortunately, today, instead of nurturing individual character, I see mostly the cultivation of low qualities— the teacher summed up.
She plans to appeal her dismissal through the court and the labor inspectorate.
The outcome of the investigation into the two videos, conducted by the Center for Combating Extremism, is still unknown.
