Residents of the Sverdlovsk region were outraged. Some criticized Chaif's music in general, while others declared the band insolent. Some even suggested using the 8 million rubles to help those mobilized:

"Let them just drive around and sing. Look at Kirkorov, he's atoning for his guilt, singing songs in the supply rooms."

The singer-propagandist Shaman's love for Russia is more precious. The authorities Chelyabinsk Magnitogorsk will spend 15 million rubles to his concert for the city's 95th anniversary. Local residents suggested buying snow removal equipment or donating the money to children with disabilities.
