The grass was mown, the snow was cleared down to the asphalt, and the devastation was covered up. How the Chuvash town of Tsivilsk prepared for Putin's arrival

Putin visited for the first time in 10 years Chuvashia. Preparations for his arrival were thorough: hung up crumbling buildings, mowed the grass peeking out from under the February snowdrifts near the Cultural Development Center, as well as were repairing roads.

Some local residents had to wait in the cold for five hours to see Putin. They saw the president, the lucky ones. complained shook his hand and wished him health.

Many drivers stuck in traffic jams due to the closed federal highway M-7 Volga. According to eyewitnesses, for half an hour had to stand  even ambulances with patients.

Governor of Chuvashia Oleg Nikolaev I reported on Putin's visit to the new first aid post (FAP) in the village of Ryndino in the Tsivilsky District. We were shown the medication dispensing station inside the FAP and the telemedicine system. In the comments section of the video, people wondered why the FAP had nothing but "Soviet-style chairs and a couch." "Compare what they showed in Tatarstan with what they showed in Chuvashia. Shameful," they wrote.

"NotMoscow Speaking" told about Putin's trip to Kazan at the opening of the Future Games.
