"There are two positions. There's this endless moaning—we pay for everything, we need everything at once and everywhere—and then there's this position—with initiative, to join the program, attract funding, raise money", - said Alexander Brechalov.

While conducting a direct line, the head of the region expressed “joy and delight” about the fact that “proactive residents” in the city Mozhge Under the supervision of the head of the registry office, they improved the park. There wasn't enough money, so, according to Brechalov, they sold dumplings — "We agreed with the entrepreneur that they would sell his products and invest the money in the project."

We're talking about a small park near the Community Center, which also houses the Civil Registry Office. It used to be a vacant lot and overgrown with vegetation, but now newlyweds take photos next to the "tree of love." 

Apparently, not expecting the city administration to resolve the issue, residents submitted an application for a competition "participatory budgeting"The project cost approximately 1,6 million rubles. 1,1 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget, 165 from the municipal budget, and the remaining 330 rubles were to be raised by residents themselves. Raising funds wasn't easy; people mostly donated 100-300 rubles. 

After visiting Mozhga, Brechalov was "so inspired" that he decided to donate money to repair the leaky roof of the registry office and to pave the area and road in front of the community center, which, in his words, are "in terrible condition."
