"Where are the shelters, Vasily Yuryevich?" Rostov Region residents bombarded the governor with questions about what to do in the event of an air raid.
Today, March 27, in the governor's telegram Rostov region появились three reports of UAV attacks.
"Please be vigilant and careful.", — wrote Vasily Golubev.
Over 300 comments appeared under the posts. Most of the authors wrote that they didn't understand what to do in this situation:
“Please guide us as to what vigilance consists of and what we should do?”
"Vigilance and caution. Everything is clear. What should we do? Where are the instructions? What should we do when the children are at school? What should residents of high-rise buildings do? If there are such announcements, there should be instructions."
"Where are the shelters? Hey, administration, we're already vigilant enough, but tell me where to hide the elderly and children? And why are there no sirens???"
"Do we have to be in the telegram 24/7 to find out about this, or should the Civil Defense and Emergency Situations Department somehow notify us?"
"They're probably not sounding the sirens until there are casualties, like in Belgorod? Where are the shelters, Vasily Yuryevich?"
"Why doesn't the warning system work when there's a threat? Why did the children in the yard run away from the sound of an explosion, but not from the sound of an air raid siren?"
Rostov media reported that the current list of shelters in the city hidden on the administration websiteand so that it is practically impossible to find. Moreover, the list is incomplete and inaccurate.
