The road on 1st Solikamskaya Street in Svobodny Settlement had been "overflowing like a lake for a long time, making it impossible to walk or drive." Local residents appealed to the authorities, but their concerns were ignored. According to him, parishioners of the Ramadan Mosque, who frequently used this road, raised 20,000 rubles. They used these funds to purchase 12 tons of asphalt chips. The road was then drained with a sewage truck, cleared of the dirt and silt that had accumulated there over the years, and then filled with asphalt chips and leveled.

"The situation was hopeless. Even if it was temporary, people would be able to cross this road without hindrance.", - commented Adelshinov.
