A charity concert will be held in Yakutia to help a young woman whose face was disfigured by her husband.

May 26 in Yakutsk takes place a concert, the proceeds from which will go towards the operation Anastasia Ivanova from OlyokminskA mother of four suffered at the hands of her own husband: he disfigured her face and brutally beat her.

Anastasia worked as a nurse at the Olyokminsky home for the elderly and disabled while simultaneously studying to become a paramedic at a medical college. Her husband Eugene Ivanov In January, he was released from prison once again, where he was serving time for drug distribution.

In April, Anastasia told her husband that she was filing for divorce, which infuriated him: Evgeny stunned her with a stick, and then cut off his nose, ear and cut his face badly.

He discarded the ear in the yard, where the children later found it. He put the severed nose in his pocket and went to work. He must have thrown the nose away somewhere along the way, because it was never found.

A criminal case was opened against Evgeny Ivanov under the article “Causing grievous bodily harm with particular cruelty” (up to 10 years’ imprisonment).

Anastasia is an orphan, and no one can help her. Her colleagues suggested organizing a charity concert in the republic's capital, as Olyokminsk is a small town. Moreover, they had recently held a charity concert there for a child in need.
