Users from different countries are reporting a Telegram outage.

Apparently, the messenger stopped receiving and sending messages around 21:20 PM Moscow time.

Technical issues are observed both for iOS and Android users, as well as in PC applications.

The cause of the outage is still unknown. At the time of publication, the messenger service had not yet been restored.
