After four days of rain, several cities in Primorsky Krai: first of all Dalnerechesk и LesozavodskWater entered residential buildings, damaging household appliances and furniture.

According to one Dalnerechensk resident, the authorities have not responded to their request for assistance. Water and food supplies have not been organized.

«We're drowning and no one cares! quote its journalists. — The administration says there's no flooding. What's this? The street has been completely cut off for four days now, and we're all crossing by boat. Not a single emergency response vehicle has arrived.».

Residents are sharing footage of floating streets Volgograd и Novosibirsk, where heavy rains hit today. In Novosibirsk, they also included hail: due to poorly functioning storm drains, torrents of water washed away asphalt, sweeping away not only cars but also buses.
