This follows from the response provided by the Roskomnadzor press service. Officials believe that all information resources designated as foreign agents are required to maintain special markings even after changing their name or online address.

This clarification was made in connection with the fact that the Telegram channel “Nezygar”, recognized as a foreign agent, changed its name to “NZG”, and the Telegram channel “BRIEF” changed its name to “EZh/diary”.

In response to a question from RIA Novosti, Roskomnadzor stated that it is already considering initiating administrative proceedings against the administrators of these Telegram channels.
