Walter Isaacson "Elon Musk" M.: Corpus, 2024

It would seem that the knowledge that Elon Musk dances "as if he was taught the moves by a robot" and that in his youth he was a fan of board games and computer strategy games is completely irrelevant today. However, these details add up to both an accurate portrait of Musk and the story of a hero of his time. Journalist Walter Isaacson's book has already been named a bestseller, but its success is only half due to Musk's personality. It's a rather successful biography: stories about Elon's childhood add up to stories about his older self, and this summation helps us understand why technology no longer holds a future, as well as what explains a number of the engineer, billionaire, and entrepreneur's current decisions and actions.
"Musk quickly became bored at Queens. The university was wonderful, but he didn't have to work hard in class."
