Liliya Chanysheva went on a hunger strike in solidarity with political prisoners.

The opposition leader intends to abstain from food for one day – October 30.
Liliya Chanysheva said Olga,, just like exactly a year ago, on October 29, she was waiting for a date with her husband Diamond Gatin and was looking forward to, perhaps, the most accessible political action to her at that time - a one-day hunger strike.
Almaz wasn't allowed to see Lilia then, but the hunger strike did take place. Besides Chanysheva, the participants were Alexey Navalny, Vladimir Kara-Murza, Ilya Yashin, Vadim Ostanin, Daniel Cold and others.
«During the hunger strike, I felt incredibly inspired. I connected mentally with the participants. I thought about them and worried about them, especially Alexey and Vladimir. I was curious about how everyone was refusing food, and what the reaction was from the pretrial detention center and prison administrations.“,” Lilia admitted.
She also calls on all concerned people to join the food shortage on October 30.
Let us recall that on August 1, Liliya Chanysheva, along with 15 other political prisoners exchanged on Russian criminals, convicted abroad.
The independent human rights project "Support for Political Prisoners. Memorial" has recognized 1697 people as victims of the Russian authorities (since 2009), of whom 777 are under persecution. The actual figures may be significantly higher, as not all stories are made public.
