The new governor of the Rostov region has sent ministers to inspect transport during rush hour.

"Today I took part of the bus ride, thinking about my youth. I'm familiar with the route from Volkovo to the center. <…> I also passed my mother-in-law's house and got off at Gerasimenko.", — wrote Yuri Slyusar in his telegram channel.
He also announced a meeting with transport workers, before which he asked the mayor and the ministers of transport and housing and communal services to also travel around the city by bus – “especially during rush hour.”
Mayor Alexey Logvinenko and the Minister of Transport Rostov region Vitaly Kushnarev have already been noticed on buses.
Many Rostov residents reacted skeptical about this, considering what is happening to be a PR stunt by the new governor:
"Baseball cap – 60000 rubles. Coat – 200000 rubles. Shoes – 80000 rubles. A ride on bus 66 with greasy seats during rush hour – priceless!"
“The elephant was driven around the city, apparently for show.”
“Yes, they just bought themselves a bus, and stuffed their servants there.”
