The government has chosen a day for a new holiday, and the Ministry of Education has decided on the dates for last bells and graduation ceremonies.

🔸 Russian Government has established A new professional holiday, Architect's Day, will be celebrated annually on the first Monday in July. The initiative came from the Union of Architects of Russia and the Ministry of Construction, with the support of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) and the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Previously in Russia celebrated either International Architect's Day on July 1, which was not celebrated at the federal level and was only supported by individual regions and architects' unions, or World Architecture Day on the first Monday in October, which was more often celebrated individually.

🔸 The Ministry of Education has set the dates for the last bells - they will pass in schools on May 24, and graduation balls on June 28. 

The agency has sent relevant recommendations to the regions. The national flag will be raised and the Russian anthem will be played at graduation ceremonies. Performances by SVO members and parents of schoolchildren are recommended. Regions have been instructed to ensure the safety of the events and make the venues accessible to students with disabilities. 

The main stage of the Unified State Exam will begin The exam will be held on May 23 and will end on June 10, with retakes scheduled for July 3-4.
