According to the authors’ idea, the figures are installed in such a way that – as confirmed — lovers look at each other, but there remains a distance between them. If the couple is helped to touch, lights up heart with the inscription "Love, create families." 

According to official sources, Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League, is unmarried and childless. Mizulina is 40 years old.

Her boyfriend, singer Shaman, is seven years younger. He has been married twice. From 2012 to 2016, she was married to teacher Marina Roshchupkina. With Shaman, she has a ten-year-old daughter, Varvara, who lives with her mother. The singer-propagandist had been married to his second wife since 2017; Shaman announced his divorce from PR specialist Elena Martynova in September 2024. Even then, social media users speculated that the propagandist was having an affair with Mizulina.
