He's had his fill of war. A criminal case for abuse of power against the deputy commander of a military unit—a veteran of the SVO—has been dismissed in Vladimir.

Colonel Igor Stepanchuk, "acting out of personal interest, driven by a desire to demonstrate to higher command the imaginary well-being in the service entrusted to him," for almost a year, from June 2023 to May 2024, he used military equipment to build a private house.
