Europe has been overtaken, national projects have failed

Equality.Media compared The planned key indicators of the national projects and those actually achieved. Only two of the ten national projects—"Housing" and "Roads"—were successful. 

By 2024, 108 million square meters of housing will have been built (the target is 90 million square meters). 55% of regional highways have been deemed compliant with standards (the target is 51%). 

The remaining eight national projects were effectively a failure (see photo). Three of them—"Ecology," "Digital Economy," and "Tourism"—are less than 40% complete.

At the same time, the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, who recently delivered a report on the government's work to the State Duma,  said"Over two years, the domestic economy's growth has exceeded the European level by almost six times." Speaking about the national projects, Mishustin noted how much money had been transferred, how many maternity capital certificates had been issued, how many schools, housing, roads, and so on had been built. However, the prime minister omitted to mention that the planned targets for eight national projects had not been achieved.
