In May, the Union of Fathers of Russia launched its Father's Labor Exchange project.

"We want to help improve your family's income and well-being, so we offer job search assistance for fathers and other family members. We only publish verified offers," says in the organization's post.

"Verified Offers" refers to contract service at the "SBO." This "vacancy" was posted twice in May; the "Fathers' Union" offered no other jobs to men. However, it did list all the "perks" of war: a one-time payment of 2,3 million rubles, a salary of 260 rubles, a "full benefits package," full ticket expenses to the Moscow selection center, and other perks.

In words, the "Union of Fathers" advocates for the maximum active participation of fathers in the lives of children.

“Getting dads off the couch, away from the TV, and turning their gaze, energy, and care toward their own child—that’s the main idea that inspired us to unite,” says on the organization's website. Its leaders stated that, due to fathers' withdrawal from the upbringing process, children's development "takes place in an entirely female environment," and this needs to change. "We still need to spend as much time with our children as possible," they urged.

In 2020, the "Union of Fathers" became a nationwide organization and already has about 50 regional branches. The organization recently called upon to spread the patriarchal practices of Chechnya throughout Russia.
