The correctional boarding school is located in the village Elechey, 150 km from YakutskCurrently, 35 children with mental disabilities are being raised here.

In May, a prosecutor's inspection was carried out at the boarding school, the results of which identified "numerous violations of sanitary and epidemiological legislation".
According to the inspection report, the boarding school lacks hot and cold water, showers, toilets, rest rooms, or even medical facilities.
A prosecutor's notice has been filed with the school principal. A lawsuit has also been filed against the local administration demanding that the violated rights of disabled children be restored.
