Habitual Grushinsky Festival there won't be one at Mastryukovskie Lakes. Instead will a festival with a different name.

"As the owners of the rights to the Grushinsky Festival, we officially declare our disagreement. If the festival takes place on the specified dates at Grushinskaya Polyana, we ask that it not be called the Grushinsky Festival."
