The prosecutor's office is looking into the head of the prison colony, who tried to disrupt an operation to replace a political prisoner's prosthetic eye.

PR man from Yekaterinburg Yaroslav Shirshikov, who received five years for a post about a murdered propagandist Vladlen Tatarsky, was able to attract the attention of the prosecutor's office to the head of his colony.

In particular, in the actions of the head of the Sverdlovsk penal colony No. 2 Denis Orlov found violations, in connection with which he is planned to be brought to disciplinary responsibility.

Previously Shirshikov complainedthat he was placed in solitary confinement several times on formal grounds: allegedly, he did not have time to make his bed or addressed the inspector as "you", who addressed him in the same way.

In April, a political prisoner removed eye - due to conjunctivitis, which was not treated in the colony. And then tried to disrupt an operation to replace a temporary eye prosthesis with a permanent one.

According to Shirshchikov, he and his lawyer are currently preparing a series of lawsuits against the administration of Correctional Colony No. 2. He previously also alleged violations of the rights of other prisoners.
