36-year-old resident of the village Pangody Igor Yakunichev, who is being tried for "fakes" about the army, reported that in the pretrial detention center he was not being given medications or letters and was being threatened with "sexual reprisals." This was revealed to Mediazona. The case is currently being heard by the Central District Military Court in Yekaterinburg.

"They said I was a threat. And if I didn't calm down, they'd start shipping me all over the Sverdlovsk region. I've been in solitary confinement since April. First, I was in solitary confinement, and now they've transferred me to a special unit."“Yakunichev said before the meeting on July 2.

Yakunichev is the creator of the YouTube channel "Infinity Is Not the Limit," which has fewer than 100 subscribers. The channel was dedicated to exposing violations of the law by courts and law enforcement agencies.

The man must regularly take medication, including painkillers, due to a back injury. Before his arrest, he was planning to receive disability benefits. He said investigators seized his medical records but did not include them in the case file and are refusing to return them.

During a hearing in the spring, Yakunichev made an oral statement to the prosecutor that the senior detective at Pretrial Detention Center No. 5 was threatening him with "sexual reprisals" and was also "expressing his dissatisfaction with complaints about his detention in the pretrial detention center."

Yakunichev is charged with three counts of military "fakes" and two counts of incitement to terrorism. All charges stem from posts on his VKontakte page.
