Complaints about mobile internet service began around midday and were recorded across the country.

Residents most often report an inability to use Telegram and WhatsApp applications: they are unable to make calls, read messages, or send media files.

When using VPN, applications work fine.

Cash registers froze in stores in some regions.

The outage even affected the crash-reporting service "Sboy.rf."
