According to the governor Belgorod Region Vyacheslav GladkovPreviously, armored vehicles, ATVs, and mopeds were purchased for the heads of border settlements. Now, they've settled on electric scooters.

"It's silent, it has maximum visibility and maximum maneuverability when it comes to attack," clarified Gladkov on the air of the program "Full Contact" with Vladimir Solovyov.
