Schoolboy vs. Ataman: A teacher punched a student in Nakhodka, police refuse to investigate. 

In Nakhodka, a teacher from School No. 25 encountered a student on the street near a shopping center. He didn't like the group of teenagers swearing, and after a verbal reprimand, according to the parents, the teacher slapped the student across the bridge of the nose.

"There were two cameras at the shopping center, but they refused to hand over the recordings to me, saying only at the police's request. But law enforcement is stalling; the recordings' retention period has expired, and they're gone. And the school says that since it happened outside the school, the principal can't fire him," the student's mother told NeMoskva.

The incident occurred back in April. The 15-year-old boy suffered a concussion, which was diagnosed at the hospital. The family contacted the police that same day, but they were unable to help: the police refused to open a criminal case. A complaint to the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, was unsuccessful. The teacher himself still works at the school. 

The victim's mother believes it is dangerous for such an employee to work with children, claiming that students had previously complained about the teacher's swearing and insults.

Judging by the photographs posted on Sharipova's channel, he is Andrei Proshkin, the head of the cadet program at School No. 2 and a supplementary education teacher.

In addition, he wears rank Ataman, and since 2022, he has headed the organization "Preservation and Development of Cossack Traditions of the Nakhodka Cossack District," NeMoskva discovered. At School No. 25, Andrei Proshkin leads the cadet movement. In May 2024, his students occupied first place in the military game "Zarnitsa", for which Proshkin was awarded.
