The dam of a bridge across the Ob River in Novosibirsk has been washed away.

Oktyabrsky Bridge dam blurred After heavy rain and squalls hit the city this evening, the storm flooded streets and underground parking lots.

According to footage, a slope near the earthen embankment of the Oktyabrsky Bridge has partially collapsed. Eyewitnesses report that a metro station is nearby.

Traffic on the dam roadway is partially restricted.

The Oktyabrsky Bridge was built across the Ob River in 1955. Its length is almost 900 meters.
