The governor confirmed the attack on one of the industrial enterprises. Oleg Melnichenko. Residents had previously reported explosions and a large fire. NeMoskva readers report that the target was a radio factory that supplies military-industrial complex equipment. They say sirens were activated in the city only after the strike.

NeMoskva subscribers also report that internet service in the city has been limited since 2:00 a.m., but this hasn't prevented a drone attack on a defense plant.

"Another attack by enemy drones has been carried out on one of our industrial facilities. There were no casualties or damage. There is a fire on the premises, which is currently being extinguished." wrote Melnichenko.

The head of the region reported that "For security reasons, temporary restrictions on mobile internet are in effect in the region." Melchenko "reminded" residents that "You can't post photos and videos from the scene of an incident on social media, so as not to become an accomplice to the enemy."

An air raid warning has been issued again in Penza. The governor has urged residents to move away from windows and avoid using elevators, and if they are outside, to seek shelter inside buildings or in underground parking lots.
