"History Melts the Ice": The track by the Barnaul band "Room of Culture" has become the anthem of the new KHL season.

The song "History Melts the Ice" will sound at games of the 2025/26 season and during the KHL championship. 

"The emotions of victory, a powerful guitar riff, and words that resonate with every hockey fan," describes the release team that worked on the song and its video.

Incidentally, Omsk residents will be the first to hear the track "History Melts the Ice" live. "Room of Culture" will perform it at match Omsk's Avangard against Kazan's Ak Bars on September 8 at the G-Drive Arena.

The 2025/26 Kontinental Hockey League season begins on September 5 and runs until May 23. The 2025 Gagarin Cup winner, Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, will defend the championship this season. A total of 22 teams will participate in the tournament.
