Bookmaker websites included in the "white list" of resources

Kommersant узнал, which websites were included in the "whitelist" of resources that will remain operational even if the internet is down. These included the websites of bookmakers such as Fonbet and IXBT.

The list of news platforms includes Komsomolskaya Pravda, RIA Novosti, Lenta, RBC, and Pikabu. The rest are portals for stores, post offices, banks, Russian Railways, and other services. 

Creating a "white list" is another step to the so-called "Cheburnet", which will make bypassing blockages much more difficult. 

"Most likely, the 'whitelist' will include not specific applications, but network routes used by traffic," explained the NeMoskva expert. "Therefore, for a while, [bypassing blocking of access to 'inappropriate' websites] will be very difficult, but eventually, solutions will definitely emerge. Hypothetically, these could include additional bypass methods, using multi-level and multi-stage VPN services. For example, when whitelists are compiled in China and Iran, they often include servers and hosting services within the country that have no restrictions on connecting to servers outside the country."
