Volunteers have stopped searching for a missing family from Krasnoyarsk Krai.

Now search Usoltsevs Only professional rescuers will be present. Their work will be coordinated locally and in specific areas.

Volunteers and some emergency services are setting up a temporary camp in the forest, evacuating people, special equipment, and machinery.

Sergei и Irina The Usoltsevs with their five-year-old daughter Arina arrived in the village Kuturchin September 27. They were planning to go on a hike in the direction of the Kuturchinsky Belogorye mountain range as part of a tour group. Due to bad weather, the tour group was unable to assemble, so the Usoltsevs set out on their own.

"The search began quite late. It was established that they had left on Sunday, and the active search only began on Wednesday. Precious hours and days were lost trying to find them quickly while their trail was still hot, — said one of the operation’s leaders. Alexander Schukin. — <…> It is planned to resume large-scale searches in the summer, when the snow melts, in May-June.”

From the very beginning of the search, special services, volunteers, hunters, as well as heavy drones capable of viewing hard-to-reach areas from a great height, all-terrain vehicles, quad bikes, and a helicopter were involved.

There's a theory that the tourists may have fallen into a sinkhole. Conditions in the search area are extremely difficult: snow is up to half a meter deep in places, temperatures are below freezing, and visibility is limited. Telegram channels suggest the chances of finding the Usoltsevs alive are virtually zero.
