State Duma deputy Mikhail Romanov stated that he wrote a denunciation of St. Petersburg singer Diana Loginova and the musicians of the band Stoptime. 

Member of Parliament Petersburg Mikhail Romanov sent inquiries to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee asking them to investigate the Stoptime group's performances even before they were detained.

"At a meeting on Tuesday, October 14, a colleague of mine approached me and showed me a video of teenagers jumping around in the street to songs by foreign agents. He's from Crimea and noticed that the song about 'Swan Lake' was being played in front of the Kazan Cathedral. He was very surprised that such a thing was possible. After that, I filed inquiries with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee, and I also informed the police headquarters about this request and sent them the video."- рассказал Romanov told Fontanka that he hopes that “it won’t be limited to administrative proceedings.”

On the same day, October 14, a member of the Human Rights Council, editor-in-chief of the pro-government publication Regnum Marina Akhmedova She posted on her Telegram channel that "a street musician singing songs by foreign agents isn't spontaneously gathering people for her concerts," and that as a result, "people are deliberately coming out to protest."

Diana "Naoko" Loginova detained October 15. Prior to this, a video circulated online showing Diana performing Noize MC's track "Swan Lake," which is banned in Russia, in front of dozens of spectators in central St. Petersburg. Following this, Z-activists demanded that the musicians be punished.
