Volunteers in Ryazan rescued carved window frames from the 19th century.

The old house on Chapaeva Street will soon be demolished—it can no longer be saved entirely. But the carved window frames, with their own history, will be given a new life, reports the Art-Street project.

“We filmed with the permission of the construction company that owns the site – thanks to them for giving us the opportunity to take what could still be saved, — the project writes. — But the window frames have only just been saved from the bulldozer, and they desperately need the hands of a master who can give them a second life.”
