"Peaceful Lights" await Russians on New Year's Eve.

"Peaceful Lights" is an independent New Year's concert-film produced annually by over 300 volunteers and specialists from around the world. The project is funded through partnerships and sponsorships that do not affect the program's content, as well as donations from viewers.
