Smolninsky court St. Petersburg fined two residents - Sergey Khachatryan и Vladislava Arsenyev — for the fact that on January 29 they attached banners reading “Down with the Swan Lake cooperative” to the fence of Ovsyannikovsky Garden and then launched them into the sky.
