Irkutsk's Bodaibo has been without heat and water for five days. 

Residents are complaining that due to the freezing temperatures, pipes in their apartments have already begun to burst, and sewer pipes in basements are freezing. 

“They said that either in the spring or only in the summer they will fix this whole problem,” — local residents are quoted by journalists. Another Bodaibo resident said that after a call from neighbors, she went to check on her apartment and found a burst pipe and -7 degrees.
