Large families from Vladivostok received land for construction on the site of a cattle burial ground. 

42 large families singled out lots in the village of Beregovoe, located 150 kilometers from the city. According to families, the village has no roads, healthcare, electricity, or running water. Rosreestr records indicate that the area was previously used as a cattle burial ground. 

Appeals to regulatory authorities have so far yielded no results. The families have shared their stories on social media:  

"We'll auction off the lucrative plots of land on Russky (Island – editor's note), which could have been distributed to beneficiaries and families with many children, for development under the KRT, and citizens will have plenty of plots in the middle of nowhere," citizens are outraged. 

The village's kindergarten has been closed since 1995, and the building is abandoned. A new one was promised for 2040. The school, designed for 70 children, cannot accommodate that many new students. There's only one paramedic for the entire population. The allocated land is located in a landslide-prone area.

Two years ago, the authorities of Vladivostok Reported that on the lands allocated in Beregovoye, new owners will be able to register the plots as property for individual development. 

"When building a house, citizens will be able to obtain a free logging permit for the building site.", the message said.  

The allocation of unsuitable land to large families is a common story. Kaluga large families singled out areas without roads, water or other infrastructure, in the Kuban provided land in the field.
