Drone attacks caused major factories in the Krasnodar and Perm regions to catch fire. 

During the fire at the Ilsky Oil Refinery in Krasnodar region there are no casualties, сообщает The regional task force. An oil tank was damaged. The total fire area is approximately 700 square meters.

72 people and 21 pieces of equipment are involved in extinguishing the fire. A fire train is also on site.

The Ilsky Oil Refinery is one of the leading oil refining companies in southern Russia. Furthermore, based on the results of 2024, the refinery was included in the Forbes rating. "The 10 Most Unprofitable Companies in Russia – 2025". 

В Perm region Drones attacked Metafrax chemical plant in the city GubakhaResidents in local public groups report hearing explosions, followed by vehicles with flashing lights heading toward the Metafrax plant. Employees were sent to a bomb shelter, and a fire broke out, which is being extinguished.

The Metafrax plant is the parent company of the Metafrax Group chemical holding company. The company specializes in the production of methanol, formalin, organic derivatives, synthetic resins, and other chemical products. 

NeMoskva wrote that the losses from Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian oil refineries in 2025 are evaluated in the amount of more than 1 trillion rubles.
