The director and co-owner of Voronezh Stroy Complex Alexey Voronov He explained that the educational institution ignored the Ministry of Emergency Situations' recommendation to urgently clean all roofs at social facilities.

"The snow accumulation was critical. It caused partial damage to the school's roof. Company specialists have already arrived at the scene." — Voronov stated.
