The animal was euthanized when the owners were not at home. 

Instead of the destroyed animals, residents of the region received promise financial support - payments in the amount of the subsistence minimum, which is 20 230 rublesThe owners of the confiscated livestock will receive the compensation within nine months. The governor said that large and low-income families Andrey Travnikov also promised a one-time payment. 

Minutes earlier, a farmer from the village Chernokurya сообщил, that veterinarians and police had come to see him. He showed him healthy bulls that were about to be euthanized. The farmer explained that they were destroying his life's work—he had spent 30 years building the farm. According to his calculations, the total value of the herd was 7 million rublesA payment of 171 rubles per kilogram of destroyed animals and several living wages won't save him.
