Environmentalists from the "Earth Touches Everyone" community wrote a "letter from a crane who wants to return to his homeland." The birds in question are from Crane Homeland Nature Reservewho may be left without a home due to construction mega-cowshed for 40,000 heads. It will be built Agroholding "Green Valley".
The barn is planned to be built in a swampy area. Taldomsky district of the Moscow region, where cranes gather strength for their subsequent migration. Environmentalists say the construction will scare the birds away, preventing them from nesting and feeding in their usual locations.

"I started a family. I felt safe and loved these places with all my little crane heart. Every year I eagerly awaited my return after the long winter and was overcome with joy just to see the familiar fields. But now I'm afraid I'll fly back to my homeland... and never see home again.", - among other things, says in the letter.
Kai "asked" not to abandon the cranes and to continue the fight for their home. And environmentalists asked concerned citizens to sign petition against the construction of a cowshed, which is already more than 15,000 votes.
Meanwhile, people showered the agricultural holding's VKontakte page with questions: "What's the point of building on marshy soil? Is there really no other place?" "Your company has a bad reputation; you're destroying areas vital to supporting crane populations." "There are vast undeveloped areas in the country; there's no need to interfere with the nature reserve. Move the barn to another area."
The agricultural holding did not answer a single question.
