The court has seized the property of the current vice-governor of the Krasnodar Territory and will consider a claim for its confiscation.

Leninsky District Court Krasnodar accepted for proceedings a claim for the transfer of property belonging to the family to the state Andrey Korobka and persons associated with it, as well as shares in the authorized capital of commercial organizations owned by them.

The reason for the arrest was the identified violations of anti-corruption legislation. The court has already seized the defendants' property and prohibited them from disposing of it.

"Korobka conducted joint illegal activities with regional Legislative Assembly deputies Fursa and Sidyukov, who are beneficiaries of development companies and large agricultural holdings. As a result of this illegal merger between business and government, the capitalization of their enterprises increased by more than 10 billion rubles," says in a message from the united press service of the courts of Krasnodar Krai.

In addition to the vice-governor himself, 20 individuals and 3 legal entities became defendants in the civil case.

In 2025, the courts of the Krasnodar Territory, within the framework of civil cases based on claims of the Prosecutor General's Office drew Property worth over 76 billion rubles was transferred to the state. This is roughly the annual budget of Krasnodar. 

For example, the former head of the regional court Alexandra Chernova confiscated assets worth over 7 billion rubles. And the illegal, corrupt income of the former State Duma deputy from Krasnodar Krai Anatoly Voronovsky together with accomplices Prosecutor General's Office appreciated  in 2,8 billion rubles.
